Just had an interaction with the company while placing my order, and I must say the representative I spoke to was fantastic. They exhibited a high level of politeness, respect, and knowledge, making the ordering process smooth. However, there's a slight hiccup as I was assured of receiving an order confirmation right after the call. Surprisingly, I got an email asking for this survey instead, and my order confirmation was nowhere to be found. Since the transaction was on my company credit card, having that confirmation is crucial for my records. Now, I find myself having to dig around to locate it, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, a positive experience tainted by a missing order confirmation.

My boss sent me link to a product to order on berls.com He asked that I choose express shipping. Very soon after I placed my order, I was contacted to let me know that I could save money and time sending the order ground service due to the close proximity of the delivery location. They didn't have to do that. During a time when so many things are automated, it was a pleasant surprise to receive this level of customer service.
