Bought a grill cover for 50 bucks as a gift. Had to return it, and they charged me $30 just for shipping. So, I'm only getting $20 back from my original $50. I thought it was ridiculous. Definitely won't be shopping there again.

They advertised shipping within 24 hours, which sounded perfect since I needed it before the holiday. But, it's been 5 business days now, and while they say it "shipped" after 3 days, the carrier still hasn’t received it. It feels misleading to call it shipped just because a label was printed. I should've known better, I guess. If they’d been honest about the real shipping times, I could have planned differently. Now I'm stuck waiting and hoping it arrives in time. Just wish businesses would be straightforward about these things.

Checked out their site, hunting for a grill with an infrared side burner and rotisserie. Ended up on the page for a simpler model by accident. The video right below the description showed infrared burners, so I assumed this one had 'em. Got it delivered and started putting it together, only to find out it didn't have the features I wanted. Turns out, since it was already open and assembled, returning or exchanging it wasn't an option. Guess I messed up, but the website's misleading info didn't help either. Frustrating experience, wish they made it clearer.
