Avoid using this company. They don't really handle insurance but focus on paperwork to reject valid claims. They'll keep you waiting for a long time and you might end up losing your house. For over a year, I've received pointless letters asking for documents I've already sent. They fail to pay what's owed, and they keep finding excuses to reject claims. They spend on lawyers and inspectors but don't know local rent laws, and now I'm facing foreclosure. To save my home, I might need to file for bankruptcy in my 50s. I wonder how their staff can face themselves each day while people lose everything they've worked for.

After trying for a whole week to switch my $8,000 California Fair Plan Policy to monthly payments and dealing with 4 other agents who not only failed to make the change but never followed up with calls or emails, the deadline for changing payments before my policy expired passed. Steven not only made the change for me after the deadline but also processed my first payments the same day, which I was told was impossible by CFP agents when I contacted them directly.
