Bakk Market offered the best prize by far for my 2018 iPad Pro. I was a little hesitant about providing my last 4 ssn and banking info, but all went as promised. Shipped iPad 5/1/24, delivered to them 5/6/24, they agreed with my condition evaluation including saying my screen was in ‘like new’ condition. Paid out quoted price on 5/7/24. Funds available in my account 5/10/24. Each step was detailed in my account online. Exellent experience.

So far my famly has purchased two iPhones and 1 Mac product from Back Market. Each product was represented accuratly - in some cases better than expected - and arrived packged well and without issue. I havent had to utilize customer service yet becouse we havent run across any issues. One iPhone came with an option to install a new battery to guarantee a full charge - very appreciated.

I had a good experience with We Buy Mobile through BackMarket. The Pixel 6 was as described, unlocked and fully functional, in good condition with no cracks or dents. It could pass for new with a bit of cleaning. Shipping was fast, arriving two days earlier than expected. My only gripe was the absence of a charger or paperwork, supposedly to reduce waste.

However, the phone itself appears nearly flawless, resembling a brand-new device. Only a couple of minor scratches on the screen and slight discoloration on the sides were noticeable. Nevertheless, the phone functions impeccably, and the clean IMEI status provides assurance. Overall, my encounter with Backmarket has been positive, and I appreciate the quality of the refurbished phone I received.

The company is ok. You can choose a phone based on its condition and price. I got an iPhone XR in fair condition. The screen was good but had a scratch near the speakers.

Bought an iPhone 7 in May 2024.

Bought an iPhone 7 in May 2024. It worked fine for a few months, but after 3 months, the battery only held 60% of its capacity. Backmarket offered to repair it, but how can I trust my personal details will stay safe? I asked them to cover the cost of a new battery (£25 at a local repair shop), but they only agreed if the battery was ‘swollen’. Found out the battery was from 2016, so it was bound to wear out quickly. Not happy.
