Nextiva is the best softphone we've used. It worked well with our CRM software without problems. It also made Calendly and Zoom unnecessary, offering those services in our package. The platform is stable; no one in our company has had lag, missed calls, or bad connections. This is vital for our work. Their pricing packages are good and can grow with your business. We only had one question, and online chat support answered right away, fixing it during our chat. Email support is also quick to respond. My only worry was not all area codes were availble, but Nextiva ordered a number with an unknown wait time.

The onboarding process went very smoothly! Ian Myers provided excellent support in getting 20 locations set up with some complicated routing and user settings. Compared to my previous 3 phone migrations over the last 8 years, this one was the smoothest, least stressful, and genuinely the most pleasant. Ian and his team made it seem almost effortless. Every detail was carefully considered and executed well. Our users are satisfied with a better system and features. Nice job, Ian!!

I jokingly called him my hero for the day, then said he should be my hero for the week. Jason laughed, which made me laugh too. The ability to have access to your 'phone' on any device has been great. Customer service has been very responsive, we would recommend using Nextiva for your business.
