The process took forever to complete

The process took forever to complete, then it functioned fine for a bit. After that, they removed the VPN. Then, they updated the voicemail system and now I can't get to my voice mails. Now, every call, whether I'm calling out or getting a call, has a lag of a few seconds. Once my three years finish, I'm outta here. Other companies might watch their users, but at least their services actually function.

I wouldn't do it again.

I paid for two lines with 4freedommobile. My first payment was $74.50 on June 3, 2024 and my second payment was $63.75 on July 3rd. Today is July 20th and I finally canceled my account because I was never once able to send a single text message or make a single phone call over their mobile service. If you asked me, I'd say that is a ton of money for nothing but aggravation, frustration, and headaches. If I charged people money for a service that I was (for whatever reason) never able to provide to them, I would give them a full refund to keep them from feeling the need to warn others that I'm running a dishonest business.

If you need help with your account in any way, they will listen and try their best to keep you satisfied no matter what!! :-) If you're searching for a company that respects FULL PRIVACY...then you found the right one! I have really liked 4Freedom Mobile. I feel good knowing I am not being watched and that none of my data is being sold to the highest bidder. I strongly suggest 4Freedom as a mobile provider. I am looking forward to trying their phone out soon.

My time with this company hasn't been flawless, I had to raise a complaint because of the missed calls, but their support is so skilled and quick that I’ll keep using their services for a long time with much comfort.

4Freedom Mobile fits my needs for privacy perfectly. I'm fed up with so many places grabbing my private data. With 4 Freedom, they don't gather my info, so there's no risk of it being sold.

Been using there app fone service

Been using there app fone service for about a month now and it's bin really helpful. There free roaming is grate since I do a lot of international calls.

I feel happy so far because coverage and data speed are the things that count most to me in a service like this, so my experience has been great.

For over 3 weeks now, I haven’t been able to make calls or send texts

For over 3 weeks now, I haven’t been able to make calls or send texts, so it’s like I’m just throwing money away. I’ve emailed Support a bunch of times, tried using the chat - got nothing back, and there’s no number to ring. After dealing with these issues, delays and weak support for around 3+ years, I’m finaly walking away.
