    Boost Mobile at 4646 West Diversey Avenue in Chicago offers great, reliable customer service. Brenda and Stephanie are always available to assist (other staff are helpful too, but Brenda and Stephanie are around the most), and they are very friendly to deal with. Omar, the store manager, always takes time to help with any problem I might have, no matter how packed the store is. Sometimes there is a wait when it's busy, but that's normal for most Boost Mobile stores. Omar works hard to find solutions, and I’m grateful for his different and creative way of helping me. I strongly recommend this store and give it five stars.

    My service has been good.

    My service has been good. I rarely get buffering on my data or lose calls. Everything has worked well for me. I use the infinite access plan and just got a new device, buying it in the app was really simple and shipping was pretty quick. But I know some people who have been with Boost for years and want to get the infinite access plan but don't have any credet. I wish Boost had something like Metro does, where loyal customers who always pay on time can switch to t-mobile with no credit check.

    I haven’t had any problems yet.

    I haven’t had any problems yet. The customer service during our switch was really good, and they made sure everything went as easy as possible. (Extra credit to them for handling Total Wireless, who made it so hard.)

    The store workers were very nice

    The store workers were very nice to an old man like me and didnt make me feel bad when my problem seemed silly. They fixed it fast and showed me some new things on my IPHONE.
