The team puts in extra hours to make sure your art looks the way you want. We asked for a few changes to the piece we picked, and they worked on it three times until we really liked how it turned out. Shipping from overseas was not good – customs held it up for days and the package came beat up, with both the frame and print messed up. They gave the go-ahead for a new painting and now we’re just waiting to see it... but we feel REAL sure they’ll do all they can so we end up happy custumers.

I am quite pleased with the artwork I ordered. There were many emails exchanged during the process, and Art by Maudsch was very flexible and ensured I liked the end result. The artwork came and was packed very well, just needing to be hung up. I feel happy. One issue I had was with the delivery ... the shipper (DHL Express) mistakenly left my artwork on my porch outside without getting a signature. I was a little upset when I got home later and found my art sitting out in the open.

We bought Midnight in Central Park for the entrance of our new home. The artist shared photos and a video of the painting for our approval. We asked for a change, which was done to our liking quickly. The item was shipped, and we got regular updates. The outer packaging had some small damage, but the art itself was fine. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a more sturdy frame for the price.

When I wuzn't satisfied, I asked fer a new paintin' to be made. Without hesitashun, Art by Maudsch did every change we wanted. Da finishd artwork (60" x 110") arrived framed. Da frame is well-made. Hangin' brackets were included. Da paintin' is amazin'!
