The picture looks awesome. It arrived in perfect condition, and I got updates every time I asked about delivery.

I’m pleased with the final painting, and the communication was decent. The main area for improvement would be that the first version of the painting was not good enough at all. After 2 rounds of detailed feedback (and an additional 2 months), I received the painting I wanted (which I think was good value for money considering the size and quality), but I believe there should be a quality check before the painting is shown to the customer. It's easy to compare the artist's work to the one I chose. Also, the taxes and duties I had to pay upon arrival were a surprise, though I now realize that it’s mentioned somewhere in the order process that the customer is responsible for those costs, so that’s on me (and Australia for charging so much in taxes and duties!).

The painting looks nice as we hoped, nice communication, wrapped well and delivered. Only issue was the import tax cost, not clear in dispatching details it's our cost. It says delivery costs covered. So it's an extra cost at 20% from delivery company.

So, my opinion about the company

So, my opinion about the company is that they don't communicate well. They only give email, no phone. Shipping is 'free', but DHL customs fee isn't. They said 2-3 weeks for production, but it took longer for updates. Doesn't seem quick as advertised. Kind of a hassle.

Wir hatten zwei Gemälde bestellt, die gestern ankamen. Leider hatte eine Leinwand einen Riss, und der andere Rahmen war beschädigt. Ich habe sofort Maudsch kontaktiert und innerhalb weniger Stunden eine Antwort bekommen. Der Kundenservise war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir suchen gerade nach einer Lösung, und ich wünschte, alle Firmen würden so schnell auf Probleme reagieren.

Das Bild ist wirklich wunderschön! Es ist unser drittes Gemälde von Arts by Maudsch und es enttäuscht uns nie!

Nicht gut.

Diese Bestellung war von Anfang an ein Problem. Das ursprüngliche Kunstwerk hat sehr lange gedauert, bis es zur Ansicht fertig war. Als es dann gezeigt wurde, sah es überhaupt nicht wie das Original aus und die Farben stimmten nicht mal annähernd. Nach etwa 3 Versuchen habe ich mich widerwillig entschieden, das Werk zu akzeptieren. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich das Stück normalerweise innerhalb von 2 Wochen bekomme. Es sind jetzt 10 Wochen vergangen und ich habe das Kunstwerk immer noch nicht. Ich habe schon 3 Mal vorher bestellt und war zufrieden, aber diesmal war es eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Der Kundenservice meinte, wegen des „Sprung Sale“ gäbe es eine kleine Verzögerung. Für mich ist das keine kleine Verzögerung.
