So, I had this move
So, I had this move scheduled with American Van Lines for a couple of days from now. Everything was set, right? But then, out of nowhere, they call me at 6pm, telling me the pick-up is now tomorrow morning at 8am. Seriously? I had arranged for someone to disassemble my treadmill and help take down my TVs, but that was all planned for the original date. Now, with this last-minute change, I can’t get anything done in time. They even said if I can’t make it work, I’ll lose my spot and deposit. And forget about customer service—they don’t even call back. What a mess. Don't waste your money on them.
