Alley cat did a very good job.
Alley cat did a very good job. We were really pleased with the service, outcome and cost. The only thing that was confusing was that with live mouse traps, after putting them, they wanted to wait 2-3 weeks before looking at them. But the rats would not survive being stuck for that long. I had to let the rats go myself (the very next day). Not a big problem, but didn't get that rule.

The Alley Cat team quickly found the entry points into my home and did more than expected, taking care of things that weren't included in the contract. Their communication was great, and they made sure everything was clean before leaving. I would highly recommend them.
