I had 4 bird nests to remove, just one needed a small ladder. They were on lamps. I hired them to disinfect the area and use a repellent. But they didn't do it. No one answered my calls or texts.

WARNING!!! HUGE SCAM!!! Found one mouse, hired Terminix for big company trust. $250 for first visit, got old trap, not where mouse seen. Tech acted to spray outside, found webs and wasp nests next day! Tried to cancel in 72 hours, operator delayed for manager, missed window. No refund, paid $250 for $1 trap and $5 glue traps. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

My 80 year old Mother was tricked

My 80 year old Mother was tricked into signing a contract for mice and charged $109 without any service. She didn’t know what she was signing, so I called Terminix to cancel the service and asked them to send me an email saying it was done. There has been no written reply. They won't let me talk to a manager. This feels like elder abuse. My poor mother cried herself to sleep because she didn't understand what she did. She already has a contract with another company and was confused at the time. I even emailed them asking for proof and have yet to get a reply.

This company sets appointments, then shifts them without telling the customer. No updates are provided when this occurs, leaving you waiting with no shows for two days straight. Despite multiple calls both days to confirm, they assured they'd arrive but failed to show. I’ve never written a negative review before. They used to be a reliable and professional company, but now I can not suggest them.

The mosquito service is completely useless.

The mosquito service is completely useless. A total waste of cash. The home pest control is okay most of the time. They often miss scheduled appointments for regular checks, and you have to call them to set up a new time. It's confusing why I can't reschedule with the same person who contacted me to set up the appointment initially. Quite irritating.
