Great program, and great support from the helpdesk
Great program, and great support from the helpdesk. I switched computers because my old one was too slow, and the service helped me transfer my subscription to my new machine! I really like it! Big respect for great customer care. The program is easy to use, and all features are simple to understand :) Multitasking is 5 stars!

This program changes my sound files into almost any type I need. I really enjoy the simple drag and drop and how easy it is to change many files at once. I got a new computer and gave away my old one, getting my license back was just a mater of sending an email to support.

Watch out for this scam!! I bought an expensive software
Watch out for this scam!! I bought an expensive software (Fonetrans) that had serious issues. Ok, it happens sometimes. I immediately complained and wanted to cancel my purchase. For 4 weeks, nobody from the company replied, and then they kept saying, in different ways, "The 14-day deadline has passed" or "there’s nothing we can do now." Another time, they asked for a log file, but then told me, too bad, too late. I've been trying for almost two years to get my money back, but it seems I’ll have to take legal action. If you've had similar experiences, contact me, I’m planning a class action. I highly recommend avoiding buying anything from this company!!

Software bought doesnt work.
They refuse to give money back. Should be closed! Keep sending emails again and again asking me to try things that dont help, and I got email saying refund was already rejected. Its a shame that this still go on.
