I must say, I had a positive experience with Acmejoy! Their products are definitely worth the money. I made a purchase, but unfortunately, the item didn't work as expected. However, I understand that technology can be unpredictable at times. Nonetheless, I decided to reach out to their customer support, and I was pleasantly surprised by their response. They were more than willing to assist me in resolving the issue. Their support team was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate the level of care they showed towards their customers. Despite the initial hiccup, I can confidently recommend buying from Acmejoy for their excellent products and outstanding customer service.

It took almost 3 weeks for me

It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrting experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised! Sory I can't give it better rating.

After 1 month of waiting, I still got nothing. I reached out to them, and they said the item wasn't in stock, so I had to change my order. This was confirmed. But after another 2 months, I still haven't received anything, and customer service isn't responding anymore. Suggestion: Avoid purchasing from this store.

I have tried to reach out to your company three times now, and still no reply from your side. If I do not get a response within the next 48 hours, I will have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and talk to my bank to dispute the entire transaction.

Ik kreeg mijn apparaat niet aan. Klantenservice nam dezelfde dag contact op nadat ik hen een e-mail stuurde. Er was wat verwarring, maar ze gaven niet op. Na twee of drie e-mails werd duidelijk wat het probleem was en werd het opgelost. Het product is goed gemaakt, doet wat het belooft en de klantenservice is zeer goed.
