DO NOT USE. They didn't bring my order.
DO NOT USE. They didn't bring my order. They lied about the delivery. Unless you are able to climb a tall gate, it didn't arrive where they said. Only tracking info through PayPal, no other way to reach them. Because of this, you can't dispute it or get your money back. There's no info on the shipping company, so you can't challenge the delivery. I feel totally cheated. Don't expect any emails or support from them.

Purchased a product that stopped working
Purchased a product that stopped working after the first use. Tried to get a refund or replacement and had to open a case with PayPal. They said they’d replace it but only if I shut the case, which sounded sketchy. I kept the case open, but PayPal sided with them, saying the tracking details I gave were wrong. Makes no sense. Avoid these sellers. Better off using Amazon—same items, lower price, and they actually function.

The item I ordered never came.
The item I ordered never came. They say it was delivered, but it wasn’t. They don't deliver where they say they will unless you can climb a six-foot gate. They only give tracking through PayPal, and you can't reach them for help. No way to contact the shipping company, so you can’t ask about your order. I feel completely taken advantage of. Don't count on any emails or replies from them. They are quite unresponsive.
