    I had

    I had them repeatedly hand off the case, start over and not read a 9 day history or even notes from tech before, go in circles with same checks, try to say things were flxed that were corrupting day of, and claim a contact list that somehow multiplied and modified contacts 10 different ways and separate contacts hadn’t happened. Microsoft wanted me to work directly with techs and they seemed incapable of going beyond the surface. Tonight, the tech was flippant, blew me off, and was rude. I had already let a supervisor know day before about repeatedly starting fixes that needed deeper focus over and over and not getting anywhere on account issues for 9 days. Reading what had been done, never working with Microsoft engineers to resolve on an account level thst they say they can, but never did, and telling me things were fixed that weren’t. 9 days of blow offs unless I ask for supervisor and even then nothing changes. I am exhausted by their games.

    Typical Indian Callcenter, do NOT trust Just your usual Indian Callcenter, of course "verified Microsoft partners", to offer you imaginary products like "software warranty plans" and really just to put their arms deep down your wallet to make easy money by talking to, preferrably, naive tech-newbies. Don't expect them to fix anything, and even if it may seem like that, they simply portray things in a way it might seem real to a person who doesn't know anything - or not much - about computers, to get you to pay for their unfortunate lives. You may check out several videos on YouTube with example calls and/or site reviews on other websites. Please don't waste your money on them, you can rather just burn it

    So after reviewing all of the comments (most of them with stellar reviews, along with the correct spelling of foreign names), it is clear that this company is a scam. I purchased a defective Lenovo laptop and all the representative did was continually ask for my credit card information and tried to extort $200-$400 out of me to "fix" a brand new laptop that I had just purchased that was still covered under warranty. I took it back to the store and they confirmed that the laptop was indeed defective and replaced it with a new one that works great. DON'T trust these people or any of the glowing reviews. The company is most likely putting these reviews in here themselves and they are not genuine

    Awful company

    Wanted this to work, wanted help, what a disaster. 11 hours later and they touch the mouse every few minutes just to pretend they are working. Wasted over a day waiting for them to find a solution but as each shift ended the next person didn't read notes, had to ask me what I needed. Awful company, fairly positive the Microsoft trusted partner is a lie, I just can't see Microsoft endorsing this garbage.

    Scammers

    These guys are scammers. They fool you into thinking your computer is infected. Don't expect them to fix anything, and even if it may seem like that, they simply portray things in a way it might seem real to a person who doesn't know anything - or not much - about computers, to get you to pay for their unfortunate lives.

    Company helped me twice in last

    Company helped me twice in last two days with 2 different problems. Both techs listened and solved problems... one with a doccument camera and one with final cut pro... neither of which they were likely trained on. Appreciate the can-do attitude. By the way, the 6 month subscribtion is totally worth it... things seem to come up all the time... not usually broken... but more of "how to" questions. The only problem is that occassionally, once I hit the "allow" button to screenshare, link disconnects.

    I can finally get my emails! As a business owner, not getting emails is bad. Your team fixed a problem with my email and server that my server's tech department and my McAfee tech guys couldn't fix. They said I needed to upgrade my 2016 Microsoft Office to the latest version, but your people fixed it without that. I'm very impressed and signed up for your services for 6 months. Thanks a lot!

    Richard is a certified genius. Today, we didn't deal with WIN 11 or printers. We were trying to sync a Samsung Tablet with a Samsung Cell phone's YouTube account. Richard, with his incredible wisdom and technical skills, made it happen. Samsung tech support couldn't help, and neither could the YouTube community. But Richard did it. I've been using 24x7 Techies for around 4 years now, and this company is fantastic. All others in this field are amateurs. My subscription is essential because my computing tools can't survive without 24x7. It's refreshing to find a truthful company in a world full of deception.     You know how sometimes things

    You know how sometimes things just go haywire with tech? That's what happened to me recently. I had this crazy issue where everything went wrong, thanks to Acrobat acting up. But then Alan and Ramond came to the rescue. Alan handed things over to Ramond without making me repeat my story, which was such a relief. Ramond was amazing and spent a good two hours fixing everything, replacing stuff that got messed up. These guys worked together like a dream team. I'm seriously grateful for their help and the way they handled everything. Fingers crossed I won't face this kind of mess again, but if I do, I know who to reach out to. They totally deserve five stars, maybe even more!

    I had a great experience with 247Techies. Had two separate issues and ended up dealing with three different people. They were all top-notch. They did most of the work while I wasn't even online, then called me back when they were done. Usually, online tech support takes forever and makes you question if the warranty is worth it. But 247Techies did things differently. They got what the problem was quickly, worked on it without wasting my time, and then called back when they had it fixed or needed more details. Really a pleasure to work with them. Definitely recommend!
