    When my Outlook account got

    When my Outlook account got locked by Microsoft, I was really frustrated. Their algorithms mistook some info emails for spam, and it took forever to get the issue resolved. At first, it seemed like they were in no rush to help me out, and I ended up spending money just to get it sorted. Microsoft's mistake caused me all this hassle. However, once the problem was finally addressed, the support was actually great. But, honestly, the whole experience with Microsoft was pretty awful. They seriously need to fix their system to avoid inconveniencing customers like this.

    Gotta say, I was really impressed with how the technician handled my email transfer issue. I had to move all my old Outlook emails from my Windows 10 PC to a new Windows 11 setup, and it was turning into a nightmare thanks to MS 365. The software just wouldn't let me transfer my Outlook info. But the tech was super patient and knew exactly what to do. He worked through the problem and got all my old emails and Outlook details onto my new PC. Seriously saved me a ton of stress. I didn't think it would get sorted out, but he made it happen.

    Had an interesting experience with tech support today. The team was really friendly and helpful. I was handed over to a specialist for my email group issue. It took a bit of time and effort, but they managed to solve it. However, later on, Outlook refused to open. Called back and got it sorted quickly, along with the email group fix. Sent a test message to one of my groups afterward, and everything worked perfectly. Overall, a bit of a hassle but the tech folks were great and made sure everything was working fine in the end.

    Everything running smoothly

    I spent ages trying to get my Office 365 stuff to sync properly, but it was just one issue after another. Then, Steve came along and sorted everything out.     Thanks to the tech team

    I recently had a bit of a hiccup with my Dell desktop, first time ever, really. The screen was showing all sorts of weird stuff, and I was totally clueless on how to fix it.     I had some techs come

    I had some techs come over to fix my system, they spent a good 2 hours working on it. At first, it seemed like they had sorted everything out. But the moment they left, I realized nothing had actually changed. My system was still acting up just like before. It's really frustrating because I was hoping they could solve the problem.     Harry’s one of the best reps I’ve ever dealt with

    I had some trouble with

    I had some trouble with my printer again and was getting pretty frustrated. I called for help and Eric picked up. He was super helpful and actually fixed the issue pretty quickly. He reset my printer to the default settings and explained what to do if it happens again. The only thing that bugged me was not getting a reminder about my coverage expiring. Overall, Eric was great, but they need to work on those reminders.

    I've been using these folks

    I've been using these folks for my small business for about 8 years now. Anytime my computer acts up, I give them a call and they jump right in to fix things. They really know their stuff and always get back to me quickly. Their prices are pretty fair, too.     Getting my Office 365 account onto my new laptop was a real headache. I reached out to the support team, and they just took over and got everything sorted. Honestly, it took them almost an hour, and there's no way I could’ve managed it by myself. The folks were patient and knew exactly what they were doing.     Chris was a lifesaver.

    Yesterday, Chris was a lifesaver. He managed to fix a big issue I had, but now I've got a whole new mess on my hands. Microsoft's Auto Update bot decided to update my Office program, even though I only had a limited license that didn't allow updates. Now, everything's gone haywire. My Microsoft programs are all messed up. It's so frustrating because I thought everything was sorted out, and now I'm back to square one. I wish there was a way to stop these automatic updates. It’s causing more problems than it solves. Fingers crossed Chris can work his magic again.

    Had to make a payment the other day. It went alright, but the rep I talked to was a bit tough to understand. His English wasn't the best, but we managed. Funny thing is, I already had my payment plan set up for autopay. For some odd reason, though, I had to call in and pay over the phone. Bit of a hassle, if you ask me. I mean, what’s the point of setting up autopay if I still gotta do this every month? Anyway, we got it sorted, but I really hope they fix this soon.

    I had a pretty good experience with Mike. He's super patient and knows his stuff inside out. There’s one thing, though - it would be nice if there was someone whose first language is English on staff. I struggle with hearing a bit, but I'm not at the point of needing a hearing aid. It's not Mike's fault at all, just my issue, and I felt a bit guilty for taking up so much of his time. Overall, Mike was fantastic and really helped me out, despite my hearing troubles.

    I stumbled upon 247techies.tech while trying to fix an issue with Microsoft Excel. Never heard of them before, but I was desperate. The tech guy was nice, but he spoke super fast and had a thick accent, which made things a bit challenging. Anyway, he did manage to solve my Excel issue, but I have no clue how he did it. No notes, no explanations—nothing. So if it happens again, I'm stuck. Also, he was the one to tell me the cost, which felt weird. That should be upfront, in writing, from the beginning, right? Now, I’m tied to this 6-month contract, and I’m not even sure what it covers. Fingers crossed canceling won't be a hassle.
