I had a quite disappointing visit to Sally Beauty Supply lately. An incredibly impolite staff member wouldn't assist with my checkout. Even though I waited patiently in line, the staff member totally disregarded me and behaved as if I was invisible. When I requested assistance, the reply was curt and unkind. I've shopped here for some time, but after this encounter, I won’t be coming back to Sally Beauty. I’ll be going to Ulta Beauty instead, where the service is much better.

Today I was at Sally Beauty Supply in Avon Commons, Avon, Ohio. The girl working attended to me, then wandered off without explanation to talk to another young lady, taking forever, telling her whole life story to the store employee, and ending up not buying anything. When the employee came back to me, I politely tried to educate her on common decency and what good customer service is about. Hope she was taking mental notes and she was very apologetic, which is a good start.

My experience at Studio Sally Beauty was really disappointing. I visited for a hair color service, providing a clear picture of my desired outcome. The result was shockingly terrible, prompting me to reach out to their customer service. Despite my complaint, their irresponsible attitude prevailed; the supervisor never bothered to return my call. Avoid their services at all costs – a complete waste of money.

I obtained their credit card and encountered a frustrating experience. Despite having a manageable $25 statement, I paid one day late due to a holiday. To my dismay, they imposed a hefty $60 late fee. It feels like a total scam! Considering this, I'm inclined to close my account promptly, as their actions seem unfair and leave a bitter taste regarding their customer service.

Purchased Gelish gel colors for £110, only to receive old and separated products that failed to cure properly under their lamp. Consistently encountering issues with gel polishes from Sally's disappoints me. Moreover, the prices are significantly higher compared to the brand's official website. 🤯 Regrettably, I won't be making another purchase from them.

I was really impressed with the service at the Marysville, WA store, especially by Mazzi. She went out of her way to check my previous purchases and explained how each product could help my hair. Mazzi was super friendly and really knew her stuff - even more than some chemists! I'm really impressed with this store!

I've ordered twic (professional dye and kit to use at home) and can't fault SB. Their site is easy to use, shipping is free and there are always great deals. I ordered at 4:30pm yesterday and my order arrived at 10am today! Will keep coming back.
