Joshua, Badge #7143, was really nice and professional. He heard my issues and acted after raising the matter of the monthly fee which wasn't supposed to be charged. Before this, I talked to a rep in April who didn't cancel the service, so I got charged again. Joshua emailed confirming the cancellation for my records.

I tried out this website to make a resume, thinking it would be free. But when I wanted to download it, they asked for a $2 fee, not mentioned upfront. It's alright, but later I found an extra charge on my account. My bank alerted me because it was unauthorized. Dealing with that, getting a new card, all of it was a hassle. I disputed it with my bank, and now resumenow.com is trying to show proof that I approved the charge. I don't get why they have to be so difficult when they're clearly scamming people. It's left a bad impression on many. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company.
