The report I got wasn't what I expected from the ads. It's basic and has less info than my 23andMe results. I wanted a refund before uploading my DNA due to file size issues. After it finally uploaded, I quickly clicked through, hoping to cancel the refund. This voided it, as per their policy, so be cautious and read everything. The info is pointless; I paid almost $100 for a fancy USDA food pyramid. It's common knowledge that spinach is healthy, and they didn't provide personalized advice on what to avoid. Very disappointing. I usually don't write bad reviews, just ask for a refund and move on, but leaving customers unsatisfied feels like a scam. Stick to eating veggies and save your money!

I'm pretty disappointed with my purchase. The service didn't really do it for me, and the info it gave me was off the mark for my situation. What's worse, the customer service wasn't much help and only offered me a $24 refund instead of the full $60 I paid. I can't help but feel like I got scammed.
