Effortless and streamlined.
by Stephen

Effortless and streamlined. Navigating their online platform was a breeze. Selecting the gift was a simple process, especially with the recipient's address already saved from a previous order. Picking the delivery date and hitting "send" was all it took, and from there, they handled the rest. The fruit basket brought joy to my friend.

by Mark

While the website offers a diverse product range and a straightforward ordering process with swift shipping, my experience is marred by the logistics service provider (DPD). Address accuracy proves problematic, and their follow-up on undelivered items lacks clarity. The requirement for a reference number, obtainable solely from the failed delivery note, seems impractical, especially for international shipments.

by Anonymous

I'm quite dissatisfied with the company's service. My Christmas packet, which was supposed to arrive before Christmas, is still missing. Despite providing the correct address, the company claimed it was the wrong one. I was at home the entire day, yet I couldn't reach UPS through phone or chat. It's frustrating that the company insists on using a subpar freight company and is demanding additional payment to resend the packet. This experience has left me disappointed and questioning their choice of logistics partner.

Being in NZ, finding European companies
by Alan O'Sullivan

Being in NZ, finding European companies that accept credit cards or PayPal is challenging, but this one proves a viable choice. Conveniently, local charges are bundled in, sparing recipients the hassle of paying taxes for surprise gifts. The communication and tracking details provided were reliable.
