Bad service, bad communication
Bad service, bad organizing skills, bad customer services (calling multiple times - one person pick up and tell us they will follow up in an hour then ghosted us, multiple other calls with no one picking up). Overall if I could give a review less than 1, I would.
We booked a truck to pick up a fridge. Here are the things that when wrong.
- They failed to arrange a truck on the booking date.
Ok, fine, we move things around and be here for the 2 dates they suggested they might be there.
- On the time they arrive, the road to the main door of the seller is blocked (We didn't know this, we are buyers). The seller suggest them to arrive at a different door (same building) where the roads are not blocked.The truck driver said he will go there, then got on the truck and cancelled.
Calling brenger for support - they said - it is our fault not to tell them that the road is blocked, so they cannot support and we will lose 75% of the total amount we already paid.

Questions I'm having:
- Why the truck driver didnt to go to the doors that were not blocked??? Asking brenger, no response, hence this review.
- If he doesnt want to go there, should he tell them what is the problem? Instead of agree to go there, then disappear?
- As a moving company, are we the only customer you have that encounter this road-block issue? How come your only solution is to cancel the service and at the same time take our money?
Anyone with a more reputable service provider please advise. This is too much trauma for a day.
