Abhishek from customer service was great. When I contacted support, I was confused and frustrated. He helped me through my concerns, was understanding and patient. I can tell this was a human, which I liked! He gave me solutions and made sure I was equipped with help for creating my app. Because of him, I'm moving forward. Very impressive service!

Only waste of my time and money
by Michal Studený

After two month of cooperation with this company I have to say - Never more! Their taxi app absolutely doesn´t work app - every day some technical issue about working on Samsung, Xiaomy or other device, on iOS do not work also. Every day a lot of emails with support a lot of promises from them that everything is o.k. Only what they want is your money and good feedback with 5 stars every 10 minutes. Result is - if you want the functional taxi app - go to another company.

AppyPie is a really good platform
by Mohit singh

AppyPie is a really good platform for making apps without knowing how to code. The team helped me create a taxi app, and Sara answered all my questions. They were really helpful. I suggest them.

by Divshasnl

I needed a design platform for my cloud kitchen business promotions and discovered appypie design builder. It's budget-friendly and they provided the assistance I required. It's a handy tool for everyday design tasks. Now, I plan to use it for menu creation and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. I'm glad I found appypie.

Encountered some AppyPie confusion
by Anonymous

Encountered some AppyPie confusion resulting in a $120 charge on my PayPal, but Alex promptly issued a refund. The incident highlighted discrepancies between the trial and actual offerings.

Appy Pie offers a decent no-code
by Jessica

Appy Pie offers a decent no-code app-building solution. The support team, especially Alex and Zaid, are readily available for assistance. However, building a professional and up-to-date app requires CMS experience and a somewhat technical mindset. It's a reasonable option for those willing to put in effort, but not a seamless process for a polished result.

Caution is advised when considering
by Jeffrey Encillo

Caution is advised when considering the free subscription, as unsubscribing becomes an arduous task once your credit card is linked. The automatic renewal to a paid subscription lacks prior notification, leaving users uninformed as the free trial concludes.

I negligently allowed my domain
by Mike Parker

I negligently allowed my domain to lapse, fearing the loss of my website. The support team performed admirably, swiftly restoring my online presence with minimal data loss, albeit necessitating a domain name alteration. Much appreciation for the assistance!

I rarely share my thoughts online,
by Maqsood Qureshi

I rarely share my thoughts online, but this time, I can't resist. Attempting to create an Instant Messaging App with freelancers turned into a costly disaster. After much frustration, I stumbled upon Appy Pie. The team, especially Divyanshi ma'am, displayed impressive dedication. Divyanshi ma'am, a tech geek, proved to be a troubleshooter with a strong work ethic. The code delivered was flawless and budget-friendly. Communication was seamless through calls or impromptu video meetings. Building an app felt as easy as a tandem bicycle ride, thanks to their user-friendly dashboard. Kudos to Divyanshi ma'am and the team for a smooth experience. Signed off with gratitude. :-)

Caution is paramount when considering
by Scammed

Caution is paramount when considering this company. My encounter with them has been subpar. It's concerning to note their response to negative feedback, hinting at a defensive stance rather than addressing customer concerns. It's advisable to thoroughly review one-star feedback before engaging with this company.

by Frank Thompson

My experience with this company has been disappointing. After waiting for a month without any resolution, I expressed my dissatisfaction in a review. Surprisingly, they only reached out when I criticized their services. Their solution? Offer a refund in exchange for removing my feedback. This questionable tactic appears to contribute to their positive reviews, masking the inadequacies of their app and service.

Navigating the system was confusing
by Ryan Austin

Navigating the system was confusing, leading to an accidental cancellation of the wrong account on my dashboard. The reactivation process came at an unexpected cost of $150. Displeased with the lack of credit for the prepaid six months on the intended cancellation. This experience leaves me dissatisfied, prompting me to explore alternative platforms for future app development. The overall service did not meet my expectations.

I acquired a "free" domain on this platform
by Sam Foster

I acquired a "free" domain on this platform in November, only to discover an obligatory use of their website builder. Patiently awaiting the 60-day transfer window proved futile due to a dysfunctional UI/UX. The "transfer domain" button only yielded an unhelpful "error." HelpDesk interactions spanned from unhelpful responses and delayed support to reps asking for trust and blaming colleagues. AppyPie's struggle with basic UI/UX and erratic customer service make it unsuitable for domain purchases. Explore other options to avoid the frustrating experience, as even transfers incur unforeseen costs.

My experience with Appy Pie has been
by Vasile-Florin

My experience with Appy Pie has been highly frustrating and regrettable. Initially enticed by a tempting offer, I subscribed for a year in December 2023. Building my app seemed promising initially, but testing revealed the platform's features were utterly unusable. Countless hours were wasted troubleshooting errors on their end, notably a glaring issue with the hyperlocal feature. Attempts to contact customer support were in vain, and communication from the account manager was nonexistent for weeks. Only after initiating a PayPal cancellation request did Appy Pie show interest, pledging to address the issues. However, their promises fell short, and my account was later locked for "unpaid fees." Despite partial fixes, numerous issues persisted. Escalating the matter to PayPal for a refund is my last resort as I await resolution.

I registered and built a website, only
by Wayney Wayney

I registered and built a website, only to be prompted for payment right away. Their SEO tactics are sly, masking the fact that it's not genuinely free. The so-called "free trial" is the extent of it. Immediate loss of trust. Transparency would earn respect from customers.

My experience with the app
by RAJESH AGOLA

My experience with the app builder was satisfactory for basic functionalities, suitable for those without coding expertise. However, the system struggled beyond the basics. The customer service, predominantly based in India, lacked effective follow-up, exhibited rudeness, and faced challenges with English comprehension. Premium features and iOS app publishing proved excessively pricey. Overall, I'm hesitant to consider their services again.

I opted for a complimentary one
by Aung Ko

I opted for a complimentary one-week gold membership to explore their app development software, but my experience was marred by persistent issues. Despite reaching out to support multiple times to address a download error, the problem persisted. Attempts to cancel my membership were thwarted by an "access denied" glitch on my online account. After several frustrating interactions with J.T. in billing, a promised refund hinged on closing my PayPal complaint. Unfortunately, once closed, communication ceased, and the refund never materialized. Disappointing and unresponsive customer service left me with a negative impression of the company.

Impressive chat support!
by Sajid Khan

Impressive chat support! As an author and publisher, my experience with the software was mixed. While the support team was helpful, the software lacks support for reflowable formats like Kindle, crucial for my work. I've requested an update, and though it shines in some aspects, improvements are needed for a seamless authoring experience.
