    My PayPal account got hacked recently

    My PayPal account got hacked recently, and the hacker spent over £100 at xsolla, which is a huge amount for me. PayPal didn’t offer any help and refused to do anything about it. Then, Xsolla came to the rescue, banned the account, and refunded all my money. They were very quick to respond and kept me updated throughout. Their team was so supportive and did a great job. Thumbs up for their service!

    So my son bought stuff twice without

    So my son bought stuff twice without asking me, and now I'm stuck in this never-ending loop trying to get my money back. The people in charge of refunds act like they don't know anything and keep saying the purchases were made on a mobile device, as if that proves I did it. I keep telling them my son plays Roblox on his phone, not on a computer, so obviously, he's the one who made the purchases. Now they're just ignoring my requests. I suggest using gift cards or different payment methods instead.
