Got a Microsoft office key in June but when I tried to install it, it gave an eror and didn’t go through. I didn’t do anything then, but in July I gave it another go and same error poped up. I sent in a ticket and got a reply in like 5 mins with what to do. I did the steps and now the key is fine.
