I have made substantial payments on this platform, and I am deeply concerned about my experience. My account's username and password were modified without my permission, rendering me unable to access my own account. Despite my persistent efforts to seek assistance by contacting their support team and submitting multiple tickets, I have not received any responses whatsoever. This situation leads me to suspect that they might be deliberately locking users out, possibly with the intention of driving more sales.

I’ve used several templates before and ended up discarding them. They were sluggish, disorganized, and not mobile-friendly. I’ve been with this company for three years and plan to stay until I can get a custom theme made for my needs. For all other things... I strongly recommend it!

I am happy to say that WP-Script is back in action. They're fixing some gaps in their software, but it's getting better. Their script will be top again once updates are done. I suggest checking it out. It'll be worth it!

It's quite expected that incompatibilities may arise over time, especially since they haven't released updates in more than three years, and WordPress has undergone significant changes during this period. This situation saddens me because, within the adult niche on WordPress, their templates have consistently been among the best. The fact that they've neglected updates for almost four years is indeed a grave concern. I've given them a 4-star rating with the hope that they will recognize the potential to revamp and transform their templates into the finest in this niche. I believe that many others in this sector share the same sentiment, and I encourage everyone to provide their feedback so that wp-script templates receive the care and attention they deserve.
