My account's username and password were modified without my permission, rendering me unable to access my own account. Despite my persistent efforts to seek assistance by contacting their support team and submitting multiple tickets, I have not received any responses whatsoever. This situation leads me to suspect that they might be deliberately locking users out, possibly with the intention of driving more sales.
