I just needed a few items
I just needed a few items, so I visited the site I normally use, but their shipping fees were higher than the total cost of the items, so I looked around and discovered the items @ Wirecare at a similar price or even slightly cheaper, AND the shipping was fair. Simple ordering, lower shipping costs, and it arrived well packaged. I will come back again.

Great place for all your wire and cabling protection needs. They have different shipping choices, which is better than most sites that only have one option. Shipping is fast. Some items I wanted were out of stock, but they contacted me right away with an update on the shipping date. Overall, their service is excellent!

I thought I got wrong Dura-Wrap size. Called customer service, spoke with Michelle. She explained how they measure, sent 3 samples. Recommend reaching out if you have questions before ordering. Michelle or others will assist.

Difficult to deal with with dumb policies
You spend $30 on Wire wrap but if you measure wrong they can't return it. They just disconnect with you when you complain.
