The company seems to be actively avoiding fulfilling my order, creating a frustrating experience. Two items were lost during transit, initially marked as delivered by UPS, which led to a dispute that took months to resolve. Despite providing evidence, Buyontrust did not assist further in obtaining the items. Instead, they repeatedly insisted the items were delivered, ignoring proof presented, and implying fraudulent intent on my part. Resorting to legal help became necessary due to their uncooperative stance and the financial reimbursement loop involving UPS and Best Buy. This highlights a concerning lack of customer support and responsibility on the part of Buyontrust.
