Man, if I could hit them
Man, if I could hit them with negative stars, I totally would. Ordered two balance bikes for my twin nephews, thinking I was all set for Christmas. But nope, one of the bikes rolls in damaged with scratches all down the frame. Tried reporting it – nada. Hopped on a live chat, and it was like talking to a brick wall. They offered a refund, cool, but here's the kicker – I gotta repurchase the bike and twiddle my thumbs for 10-14 days for the refund, counting bank holidays.
I asked for a replacement frame or even a return-and-replace deal to get it before Christmas. Nope, they weren't having it. And I'm not made of money to pay for the item twice, you know? Asked for a discount or free express delivery – zip. Super unhelpful, terrible policies, and don't even get me started on their "customer service." Total bust. Avoid these folks like the plague. Oh, and they're buddies with Chain Reaction – steer clear of them too.
