Sandy at the 8th street and Alvarado place was a real lifesaver. I tried 15 Western Union stores since 1:30pm but no one could help me, their system kept flagging me for sending payments for a car I bought in another state. The only payment methods they accept are Western Union and Money Gram. Money Gram needs to get better people—I went to 5 of their stores and no luck. Sandy was closing the store but still helped me in less than 5 minutes. I was going from store to store for 5 hours, starting in South Gate, then Inglewood, then mid city, and finally Sandy saved the day. You don’t know how much I apreciate it. You could have turned me away but you didn’t, and I thank you for that. Says a lot about you as a person. Western Union should give this woman a raise because we all need people who put customers first, and that’s exactly what she did. Thanks again Sandy and god bless too.
