I want to extend my appreciation to Stephanie Harp, our recent insurance representative at Insurance Hub Leavitt Agency. Considering a switch in our insurance broker was on the table as we had encountered dissatisfaction with our previous representative. We had been content since our initial sign-up with Miss Frannie, but the last representative left us far from pleased. The situation escalated when we received a notification from TDLR, indicating that an insurance company we weren't even associated with was canceling our policy. Naturally, this left me in a state of distress, pondering if I had made any errors. Stephanie, however, swiftly alleviated my concerns. Despite reaching out to her on a late Thursday afternoon, around 4:00 pm, with expectations of a response on the following Monday due to the time difference, Stephanie surprised us. Whether she stayed late or acted promptly, by 6:00 pm that evening, Stephanie had rectified the issue, submitted the necessary filings to TDLR, and informed us of the resolution via email. This, in my view, epitomizes exceptional service. I believe it's crucial to acknowledge the commendable efforts of Stephanie, your outstanding supervisor at Leavitt. It's solely due to her actions that we have decided to remain loyal to your insurance agency. I apologize for the tardiness of this review but felt compelled to express our gratitude.

Started workin with Jeffery Lewis in late

Started workin with Jeffery Lewis in late March 'n he had me fixed up shortly after that. He took care of the transition from anotha insurance company, got all ID cards 'n papers to me 'n emailed certificates quickly 'n without havin' to be hassled like a lot companies. He also gave me all of his contact numbers so I can get to him 'n not an automated line when I need somethin'. Very satisfied to say the least.

My experience with the

My experience with the company was great. I dealt with Katelyn H for my Home and Auto insurance needs. She was nice to work with. She knew a lot about the insurance stuff and she helped me understand my options well. We found some policies that suited us and we tweaked them together to make sure we got good coverage and rates. Plus, she appreciated my dad jokes.

Jake Gonzales really helped us out

Jake Gonzales really helped us out when no one else could. We had been struggling for weeks to find the right commercial insurance for our business, but Jake was the only one who could make it happen. He cut out the middleman and dealt with our contracting company directly. We're so grateful for his assistance and will always appreciate what he did for us.

Lynn Day has been such a joy to work with!

Lynn Day has been such a joy to work with! I was just trying to get our car insurance rates down, and she took the time to go over all the choices with me, answering my questions. Together we made changes that made sense and got my bill lower by quite a bit. Highly recomend!
