Impressive approach, great help – they're set to reshape an entire sector. Plus, they're genuinely pleasant to collaborate with! I usually have doubts, I’m not an early adopter, more of a complete risk-avoider, like many of us have become. BUT facts don't lie! Numbers are clear. This is where a good plan matters – enter the Kwak Bros and team – their tailored plan has improved my time and financial resources. Now, after experiencing this financial shift with all the promised perks from the initial video guidance benefiting me – I can say this has positively changed the path of my family’s life. It’s tough to convince in a review "Trust me, it’s worth every cent spent on their services" because you don’t know me. AND, honestly it might not suit everyone depending on your specific financial aims. BUT from my personal experience - their initial advisors spent a lot of time to ensure it would be a worthwhile financial move and provide a successful result (without charging a consulting fee - not a single penny). After the initial review, they explained in detail and with data how it could help, allowing me to make a solid decision before using their strategy. I admit - the feeling of “this might be too good to be true” lingered - but I trusted the data and decided to proceed. As a client, I found that during coaching, there was still flexibility to choose banking options and terms, as they offer helpful scripts and questions to consider when choosing your bank – that was a major advantage. Being equipped with that info at the start of a key transaction in a homeowner’s life helped me make confident choices. I realize this review might seem a bit vague on details, it’s because the specifics are unique to each client – but the point is they addressed every question (and I had many) tailored to MY goals, worked with me through each step, provided context videos for deeper understanding and mindset shift. Their team clearly knows how to break down this somewhat complex strategy into simple parts that are easy to understand. Without a guide, or a translator on YOUR side, you might miss out on the benefits of progress. The Kwak Bros and team are very attentive. For instance, my transaction was about to finalize and I needed some clarifying advice – my Accelerated Banking strategist made every effort to take a quick strategy meeting with me even before their family vacation – showing their understanding of the sensitive timing and their dedication. I can’t praise this company enough – but I’ll keep trying. I really don’t like leaving reviews – but great companies deserve recognition. When you find something truly beneficial, you want to share it – because it might also improve others' lives!

A few years ago, we tried applying for the program but didn’t meet the qualifications, so we were not accepted. This September, I saw an ad about it and decided to give it another shot. This time, we qualified and quickly joined the Accelerated Banking program. I was paired with a trainer who was very knowledgeable and easy to reach. He guided me through each step, making sure the process fit our specific needs, and everything went as he said it would. It’s rare to find a program that is exactly like they describe it, but this one was. The bankers were familiar with the program and had helped many clients achieve success. I asked the banker we chose, “Your clients must have done well with the AB program for you to keep working with them.” That’s when she shared that after four years of watching her customers succeed, she finally became a client herself. It was reassuring to know I was making the right choice. AB really improved their system, making it simple to follow. I was surprised at how quickly we completed the phases and closed on a second-position HELOC. I first reached out on Sept. 17, and by Oct. 30, we had closed. I even told our son and his fiancée, who were looking for a home, and they became clients just last week. They’re excited to buy their first home in their 20s and plan to have it paid off in under 10 years. We’ve now shared this with our four adult sons, so they can avoid the burden of a 30-year mortgage. We’re looking forward to paying off our home before retirement and hope to explore other tools that AB offers. Thanks, AB!

I feel like I’ve stumbled upon a real treasure with Accelerated Strategies (formerly Accelerated Banking)! Learning about the Kwak brothers and their smart ways to pay off a mortgage much faster than usual has completely changed the game for me. Thanks to their methods, I’m on track to pay off my mortgage and all my debts in under 4.5 years, instead of the typical 30-year plan, and I’m well on my way to financial independence. Plus, they offer valuable insights on real estate investing, estate planning, and much more, making this not only an investment in paying off my mortgage but in my overall future. I can't express how wonderful my experience with the Accelerated Banking (AB) program and the entire AB staff has been! From that first phone call to the closing of my Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), which I used to swiftly pay off my mortgage and other debts, the entire process has been top-notch and highly professional. I have been following the Kwak

I have been following the Kwak brothers on YouTube since to quarantine. After much research, my boyfriend and I finally pulled the trigger and signed up for the accelerated banking program and we are so glad we did. We just closed on our first position HELOC last week after 5 long months. Our strategist was there for us every step of the way answering any questions and concerns that came up. He was super knowledgeable and soooo easy to get in touch with which was a breath of fresh air. Thanks to the program we will have our house paid off in 1.3 years. I've been following the company's updates, watching Sam Kwan's videos, and talking to people at Accelerated Banking for more than 2 years. Eventually, I felt this was the best method to pay off our mortgage faster and save a lot of money on interest. The training and support are great, and everyone we've worked with has been responsive, patient, and helpful with our questions throughout the process. I have been learning with this company for five months and found most of their claims to be mostly true. Uncommon in today's world. The Kwak Brothers systems give you insights and abilities that change your perspective on money. Their continuous education approach sets them apart, as you engage with others in similar circumstances, and then you hear claims that you can check.

I regret not starting this earlier. I've considered this method for a while, but didn't fully grasp it. The Accelerated Banking program explains it well, guiding through each step without confusion. Info is key! Accelerated Banking nails it. They give you info to make a solid choice. Paying mortgage interest for 30 years seemed bonkers to me. But Kwak Bros' plan to clear it in 10? YES! Their honesty and aid without gimmicks is cool. They check if their plan suits you. If not, they say so. Having a strategist guide me and answer my Qs was great. Thanks Kwak Bros!

This company charges you 5000 dollars to sell you a heloc plan .for that money you get a video call and you will never here from them again ..total scam .you can go to any bank and ask any employee to help you get a heloc ( home equity line of credit ) they will be more than happy to help you and explain how it works .this company feeds off your ignorançe so do yourself a favor and stay away .all my wife and i got for 5000 dollars is a video call .....complete scam ..owners are called the kwak brothers...they will kwak your 5000 into there bank account ...be smart ask your bank first if you dont bellieve me so you dont feel scamed like us ........Remember WALK AWAY do be another one of there suckers.....all there employees are tought to scam you .....hope this opens your eyes so you dont get ripped off like we did

Mikkei was really great during the HELOC and training steps. Very caring and easy to talk to. Sure, I could have done my own HELOC without Mikkei or the Kwak Brothers program, but now I see I would have made many expensive mistakes and probably chose the wrong bank that didn’t offer the options that make this whole thing simple to handle. The extra training on money management and income creation is amazing, they should definetly teach this in schools. I strongly suggest Mikkei and the Kwak Brothers program. It has taken away a lot of worry in my life just knowing I have a clear plan and I see exactly where my money goes and the value it’s adding to my future. I started tracking my spending and made a budget to follow, something I never did before. It was really eye-opening. I began using Albert after refinancing a house I shared with a late ex-spouse. I retired in March 2025 and wasn’t happy about getting a new 30-year mortgage right after. Albert connected me with Mikkei, and now my 30-year mortgage will be cleared in around 8 years. I can clearly see how the chunking method helps with my debt.

I talked with Tyler, he was really polite, smart and easy to chat with. I’m planning a second call to learn more paths.
