I placed an order and finished the intake two days ago, but haven't heard anything yet or received confirmation about what's next. The website says same-day doctor consultation, but I still haven’t been contacted. Hoping this review will help get a response!

I faced a similar issue with this company. I had to contact my credit card company to block any further charges and get a refund. The company kept asking for money, but I replied saying I had sent multiple cancellation requests without hearing back. Eventually, after many attempts, they finally responded and confirmed that my account was canceled.

The customer service was not very good. I signed up for their service and paid an extra $29 for same-day visit and medication, but it took a few days instead. When I contacted them, they kept saying that they didn't promise the same-day service and that the typical wait is 17 days. Paying extra only moves your file up a bit. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I emailed again, and after two weeks, they denied it once more. Finally, I sent screenshots of their advertisement and demanded my refund. Less than 30 minutes later, I received an email saying my refund had been processed.

They mostly text and rarely call. Other than that, only the dietitian seems to stay in contact. As an RN, I find the service really lacking. The impression from their lack of responses feels like “we don’t care.” There’s no clear updates on when to adjust doses. If I had known, I wouldn’t have gone with them. $435 spent and just 1 lb lost in over 4 weeks.

My partner has been using this service for a while now. It's been hard every month to receive the intake form and get the prescription, even with the payment done. We usually manage to get it after some effort. However, this month they charged us but have not replied to our emails.

I wish I had looked into this company

I wish I had looked into this company more before deciding to work with them. Sadly, it became obvious that their whole business is set up to trick people. I highly suggest staying away from them.
