The customer service was not very good. I signed up for their service and paid an extra $29 for same-day visit and medication, but it took a few days instead.
When I contacted them, they kept saying that they didn't promise the same-day service and that the typical wait is 17 days. Paying extra only moves your file up a bit.
I asked for a refund, but they refused. I emailed again, and after two weeks, they denied it once more.
Finally, I sent screenshots of their advertisement and demanded my refund. Less than 30 minutes later, I received an email saying my refund had been processed.
