I've been using this company every year for about 4 years. The reason I stick with them is their customer service and high-quality products. It’s great to call and talk to a "real" person within a minute, who answers questions, gives advice, and is really helpful. Products are shipped fast and are made of sturdy material. Sarah and Kaitlyn are great and recognize my voice when I call. They don't just get five stars, they get gold stars!!!

US Fast Print is the best when it comes to custom promotional swag items with our brand logo! Our favorite are the dolphin keychains. Sarah, Vivian, and Kaitlyn are all awesome! Fast, courteous, friendly service every time and our orders are always delivered fast. I would recommend US Fast print for all of your custom print needs.

Despite reaching out to customer service via email and phone calls multiple times, I've received no response. Phone calls either don't connect or go straight to voicemail. This delayed refund process and unresponsiveness have been incredibly frustrating, diminishing my overall satisfaction with the service.
