Our time with the company during our group trip to Thailand was great! Everything was well planned and managed, mainly thanks to Phoebe. The excursions were fantastic and made our trip really enjoyable. Phoebe's knowledge and focus on details really made our journey special. We're really grateful to her and the company for such a wonderful experience!

Carrie replied anytime I needed, even late at night. I gave her my travel dates and she organized everything for me. My trip to Japan was really great, with every tiny detail taken care of. Her communication was clear and the plan she sent 10 days before was easy to understand. I would strongly suggest Carrie Tang to help plan your Japan trip.

Eva Wang with UME travel arranged an itinerary for us. We traveled for two weeks in Japan.The hotel arrangements, travel guide and transportation all ***beat*** our expectations. The tour guides and drivers were friendly and courteous. The tours were perfect. Will definitely call Eva in the near future when we travel to Asia again.

We had a wonderful first day in Bangkok

We had a wonderful first day in Bangkok with our guide Mon Chai. He shared lots of useful details about the area and made sure we were entertained all along the way. The van was cozy, and they made sure we stayed cool and hydrated. We're looking forward to the rest of our trip in Thailand.

We stayed in Japan for two weeks and enjoyed every moment. The bookings for hotels, guides, and drivers went very smoothly and easy. The hotels were great, and our travel agent, Lan, knew what we wanted and made it happen. We trusted their skills and info and felt very happy.

Mr. Sith was really good

Mr. Sith was really good at guiding us. He told us a lot of stuff about Chiang Mai and its history. His English was very good, which made it easy to understand. He also took a bunch of pictures and videos for us, so we could have pictures together. It made our trip nicer.

Our agen Dan did a great job! The itinerary struck a good balance of Japan’s key sights and activities he tailored to our interests. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made our trip enjoyable. Thanks Isaac and Cave! Everything went smoothly, and we had a blast!

I am hapy to share this reviwe. I contacted Steven for a holiday plan with a friend. He made a plan for us and we were ready for the journey. At the end, my friend couldn't come. Steven adjusted the trip for a solo traveler. It was a great trip! His communication was quick and clear. My tours were great and my guide, Puja, was amazing. Only one tour was not great. My guide helped me understand the local culture. Steven, thanks for making my trip easy even with the problems. I will use you again for another holiday. You are what people DREAM a travel agent would be.

I just got back from Japan and it was amazing!

I just got back from Japan and it was amazing! It felt like a dream for sure. My Travel Advisor, Steven Hu, did a great job even with some issues (like my return flight and the pilot strike); he helped me with everything I needed in a really quick way. I went to Disneyland Tokyo and Universal Studios Japan, spending 12h in each park, and I saw so many places. I explored Tokyo, Kawaguchiko, and Osaka. Riding the Shinkansen twice was a highlight! If I ever get to go back to Japan, I will for sure!!
