Bad accessibility options.
Bad accessibility options. A lot of people got in touch with me during a survey for a client who couldn't enlarge images or text. If you plan to survey people with bad vision, older folks, or those who mainly use phones, it won't work. The design is nice, but what's the point of paying for it if half your participants can't see it?

I believed I had cancelled my subscription last month
I believed I had cancelled my subscription last month, but it seems like it didn't go through. I'm not the only one having this issue. There was no alert about the renewal. I tried to cancel right after getting the email saying I was charged, but they do NOT offer refunds.

Typeform didn’t live up to my expectations.
Typeform didn’t live up to my expectations. Although the design is appealing, the cost is just too high for what you get. Many essential features are locked behind costly plans, and it often feels like you're being pressured into paying for extra stuff that should already be included. I switched to Formly.so, and it's been a huge improvement. It gives me all the features I need at a much better price without compromising on quality or features.

100 replies for 30 euros, that's way too much. Thought I was paying for something better, not just basic stuff. Avoid it.
