    Flutterwave's dedication to fixing problems quickly

    Flutterwave's dedication to fixing problems quickly is really great and reassuring. I faced transaction problems three times while using their payment platform. I tried contacting the company I was paying, but got no help. So, I reached out to Flutterwave directly. I was happy to see that they solved the issues in no time. Still, I think they could improve the process by making sure that issues are assigned to one person right away and sent directly to the right team. This would avoid having too many people involved before the right person handles the issue.

    I would have given 5 stars, but there is one issue

    I would have given 5 stars, but there is one issue - The registration process takes too long. There are too many emails back and forth to sort out details. Sometimes, we even lose clients because it takes so much time to finish registration. Please make it easier while keeping it secure. Other than that, Flutterwave's service is great. I still see you as my favorite in Africa. You connect African trade with the rest of the word.
