    After dealing with the issues of a popular pod

    After dealing with the issues of a popular pod coffee machine (quite unreliable), I decided to try the Bambino from Sage. It heats up fast (just a few seconds) and brews nice coffee. The ability to add hot water and froth milk is really handy. It’s fairly quiet and space-saving. Comes with a built-in water filter, so hard water areas are less of a problem. Overall, a good experience.

    We've worked with Sage since 1995, starting with accounting software, then forming Sage Accounts Solutions in 2007 for supporting and training users. We're on the Sage Advisory Board, providing feedback. The support from Sage is great. We recommend Sage for software solutions.

    Fast and easy solutions, no long wait times to get help, and my problem was solved in no time. I appreciate that whenever I reach out, I get things sorted quickly. Sage has the best customer support compared to any other software I use.

    Sage iz so easy to navigate and they have weekly webinars dat cover a variety of subjects and they're updated frequently. The staff are so helpful when we've had to ring up and there are zero complaints.

    I use Sage 50 Accounts

    I use Sage 50 Accounts. I needed to reach out to Tech Support. It only took one call to fix my problem. Unlike many other companies where you call and push each number as the menu goes on, and still get no help, Sage is a pleasant change. I also watched some Sage webinars—I pick up useful info every time.

    So we've been using Sage and it's been a bit tricky.

    So we've been using Sage and it's been a bit tricky. I had trouble entering "Northern Living" separately on T4 without a bunch of manual work. Sage HR is alright, but it needs a kiosk feature for my guys to log in and out on site. Some of them have issues logging in and out on their cell phones, which is a bit of a bother. Adding this feature would be really helpful.
