    I'm new to this platform. I called to get some help and Bastian Smit did answer the phone and he was amasing. Very helpful and super patient. Also, he is very knowledgable. He is the best!

    As a new user on this platform, I think

    As a new user on this platform, I think I might have accidentally selected something before logging out. Even though I had no ongoing trades, I was billed $750 to close a non-existing daily position. It was just an unconfirmed limit order, quite far from what I needed. The service has been a nice change for me; everything works smoothly, and their payouts are processed without any issues.

    Tradovate login to market replay

    Tradovate login to market replay denied access for the second time in one month period. I paid monthly fee for it. This happens exactly the same thing like last time. On Friday midnight, Tradovate is down. Basically, I can't do practicing on the weekend as I have planned. Really frustrating.

    Avoid Market Live Data because you'll

    Avoid Market Live Data because you'll end up paying extra just to access Simulated Trading or Trading View. The worst part is, they don’t give refunds. Steer clear of this "broker."
