    I’ve been using NinjaTrader for futures trading for two months now. The app felt a bit awkward, and I didn't have time to get it configured before starting, so I used the web version. It’s as basic as it comes, but I appreciate the straightforwardness. Drawing trend lines and adding features is similar to other brokers I’ve tried. The visuals and graphics aren’t the best, but I adapted fast and don’t plan to use the desktop app now. It covers all my needs without being too complex. Clicking on the chart to buy or sell takes just two clicks. You can set stop losses or trailing stops that adjust automatically, and slide them as needed. It’s really all I need to do well. I suggest NinjaTrader.

    Everything went wrong on Thursday

    Everything went wrong on Thursday. My platform crashed out of nowhere. The candles stopped updating. When I tried to access the Nasdaq chart, my PC stopped working with the Ninja platform. I quickly contacted support and explained the issue. A few hours later, I got some instructions via email to follow, which continued through Friday and Saturday. Sadly, the problem did not go away. I then requested help through remote access. On Monday afternoon, Christopher J (the support person from Thursday) connected and quickly found and fixed the issue. After his help, everything was back to normal. Thanks a lot, Christopher J!

    I had some problems with the Chart Rending.

    I had some problems with the Chart Rending. The price chart was slow and the entry/exit values were not matching the real execution levels. Adrian quickly set up a remote session and worked hard to find and fix the main chart problem, which was a 3rd party application. Adrian recorded the details, tested new workspaces, and finished the job. I went in, removed and made a new workspace, and now the charts are perfect. In just 30 minutes, it was diagnosed and resolved. I appreciate the effort and also the follow-up email with performance tips. Nice job, Adrian!

    The fella did a great job but havin' to wait till

    The fella did a great job but havin' to wait till 7am is awful. Sent in emails thru help but got nothin' back. When microsoft changes computer number after update should not impact user happens to often should tie a different number from the computer that doesn't change or the two numbers tie together that your system updates automaticly when there is a software update.

    I called the Help desk.

    I couldn't get on Ninja Trader, so I called the Help desk. I got an email and filled in the info, like phone number and problem. Christopher fixed it in a few minutes. He was nice and easy to talk to. Good job, thanks, Lyle.

    Unfortunately, the inability to select the installation location for the NinjaTrader8 documents folder posed challenges during reinstallation, triggered by NT8 randomly ceasing operation. Fortunately, Christopher J provided assistance, essentially reinstalling NT8 with valuable tips: 1 - Guidance on backing up NT8 workspaces and templates. 2 - Insight into a potential culprit: a corrupt xml file, along with instructions on resolving such issues in the future. Despite the software's excellence and helpful support, the lack of customizable file locations hinders a perfect rating.

    I don't have any problems with their support

    I don't have any problems with their support, they reply quickly, especially by email. But I’m not sure when they improved Ninja Trader's performance or even its appearance to make it easier to use. Sometimes, candlesticks freeze and gaps appear. The platform needs a major update to make it easier to navigate, and some features should be more straightforward, like executing trades with just one click instead of moving the cursor all the way up to hit buy/sell. It should feel more like Tradovate, which is smoother, intuitive, and very easy to use. That said, I still prefer Ninja Trader because it offers more tools and better options, but they need to work on improving it.

    The Ninja Trader platform

    The Ninja Trader platform has a tendency to place you in trades unintentionally—no exaggeration! Stop loss orders fail to cancel after the order is complete, leading to unintended orders. This is a unique issue not experienced on any other platform. Unfortunately, the support provided is unhelpful.

    Their strategies are clear to

    Their strategies are clear to me now, I didn’t incur significant losses with them. Since my trade wasn’t substantial. Ęåšybęę is my preferred choice, having generated more returns with them in a short period.. more better than this fire.
