I like the 4Over website

I like the 4Over website. It is easy for us to make an order and know the price before we submit an order. I also like its high printing quality at most times. However, I don't like the high shipping fee. The high shipping cost can be easily dropped by combining multiple orders into one order for shipping, as BannerBuzz does. Thanks to the high shipping cost, I have moved a lot of multiple orders business to BannerBuzz. BannerBuzz also sets a rule that is "free shipping for an order over $99".

Your customer service becuming terrible.

Your customer service becuming terrible. Declining fer 2 years, now at rock bottom. Shipping costs too high, I now deliver local and ship myself, way cheaper. Don't know what's happening there, but I'm switchin' to other printers. Quality control sucks, stuff leavin' warehouse is unreal. Shipping department can't pack Grand4Mat stuff. Complained before, nothin's changin', just gettin' worse. Not happy with 4over now.

I've been with 4over for a while now and I liked their prices, quality, and service. Lately, though, the quality has gone downhill, especially with cutting. I keep asking for reprints, which is annoying. Also, their response time is sluggish. I'm looking for a new printer.

Being based in Canada, the escalating shipping expenses, especially since May, have surpassed the product costs, making it economically unfeasible. Previously, your discounted shipping rates made our extensive purchases feasible, as evident in our 15-year account history. Unfortunately, the current situation has led us to reconsider our sourcing options. We hope for a reevaluation of shipping charges to reinstate our longstanding partnership.

I ordered from 4Over on Friday, but they had a technical problem. Although I know these things can happen, nobody contacted us when everything was fixed. When we called to ask if they could still deliver on time like we initially planned, the customer service rep kept saying we didn't submit our order on time and they couldn't do anything. It's disappointing because we rely on their information to make promises to our clients. The customer service rep wasn't helpful and seemed to prioritize bigger orders over ours.
