However, when I made a test call, I encountered fax dial tones, which left me perplexed. I reached out to their support team via email for help. Alan attentively listened to my needs and, with honesty, informed me that they couldn't provide all the services I required. Instead of leaving me hanging, he went the extra mile and suggested other companies that might fulfill my needs. I was thoroughly impressed with the first-class and professional service provided by Alan and the team at toll free forwarding. Their swift response and genuine effort to assist me, even if it meant recommending other options, left a lasting positive impression on me.

I was dismayed

I was dismaed by the interactions I had with the company. After signing up, there was complete silence from them for four days. The web phone service did not work and their unresponsiveness to my attempts to contact them was unacceptable. In addition, the same lack of results was encountered after consistently filling out the registration form three times. Consequently, I had a wasted four days and had to search for a different service provider. It is safe to say I am not satisfied with this experience.
