    I don't get why some reviews are so bad!

    I don't get why some reviews are so bad! I've always liked shopping at Ref and have had a good time with their customer service team. Had some order troubles, but they were sorted out fast and I felt really well looked after. 10/10 for me. Also love the qualty, style, and comfort of the clothes!

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Terrible service, bad quality dresses, save your cash for Sezane or another place. I spent nearly 900 francs on three dresses, all of which are in terrible shape. Poorly made, the dresses came in a plastic bag, crumpled and full of wrinkles. One dress had makeup stains on it, with unfinished seams and a hole on the side! I reached out to customer service right away, but it took them forever to respond and send a return label. Since DHL isn’t nearby, I used a different service and had to pay 25 FRANCS for returning the DAMAGED ITEMS. They aren’t giving me a refund. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. I sent the items the week of 20th July, let's see how long until they refund me!

    I received damaged or stained products twice

    I received damaged or stained products twice, and when I complained, it seemed like I was the problem. This happened in 2022/2023. Then, in June 2024, I got the wrong item because of DHL, but apparently, it's my fault DHL made the mistake. Now, my account is blocked and I can't order anymore. After seeing other reviews, I'm relieved I'm not the only one dealing with bad customer service and poor quality. I've explained everything many times, but all I get are repetitive bot replies. Don't order from here unless you want problems.

    As a let down new customer, I believe no star would be more fitting. I tried to ask about stock to make a purchase. There is no customer service. Stores don't pick up calls, mailboxes are always full so messages can't be left for a return call. I haven’t gotten any email replies. Based on other customer stories with online orders, I wouldn’t take a chance with placing an order. Why aren’t these problems fixed by a ‘trendy’ fashion company?

    I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

    I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company. They sent my package to the wrong address despite me updating it in my profile and even providing a screenshot with the date. I also made a new order in a different size, but they still sent it to the wrong place. When I contacted them, they just said it was my problem. I won’t be buying from them again, and I rarely leave negative reviews.

    Avoid buying from this company

    Avoid buying from this company, especially their shoes! Ordered clothes online and couldn’t even get my feet in them. They won’t allow returns, refunds, or exchanges! Their website didn’t give any clear directions. The products are useless! Honestly, giving them one star feels like too much.

    I've been a fan of Reformation for a while, mainly because I love their sustainability efforts and trendy designs. They use deadstock and vintage materials, which is awesome for the planet. But, I've had a bit of a rollercoaster experience with them lately. I picked up the Paulette top, thinking it would be perfect for my wardrobe. After a gentle hand wash, it shrunk a lot, like to the point of being unwearable. I discovered I'm not alone in this; several others have faced the same issue. It's frustrating to pay extra for something that's supposed to be eco-friendly, only to find out it's super delicate and needs dry cleaning every time. If you're shopping at Reformation, be cautious about pieces made from deadstock fabrics—they can be quite the handful!

    It was a frustrating experience

    I decided to try out this new online store and pre-ordered a dress for a special event. They promised two different shipping dates to the UK, but both came and went without a word from them. I was really disappointed with their customer service; it took days to get a reply to my emails.     I ordered a product online, and the whole experience was frustrating. First, the delivery took forever. Weeks passed, and then, out of nowhere, they just returned the item back. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but it was like shouting into a void. No response for five days! All I wanted was for them to resend the item instead of having to wait another ten business days for a refund just to order the same thing again. It was such a hassle, and honestly, I expected better service. This whole situation left me feeling pretty disappointed and annoyed.
