These items have really improved my 15-year-old dog's life. She used to scratch all the time, but after using these for about two years, she never itches anymore! She was recently having major issues, and I even thought about ending her life. I called them to stop my subscriptions, but then I began her on the joint supplements, and they seem to be working. Now, I don't feel like I need to let her go. Also, they're way cheaper than vet visits! I'm very grateful.

The company's pretty good

The company's pretty good, especially their customer service reps. They're really helpful when needed. The supplements seem helpful too. Although, ProBright hasn't been that helpful for my older furbaby - she's had dental issues for many years. We also use the probiotic chews daily. Both dogs don't itch as much as well as less licking.

I own a 7-year-old tiny dog and his mouth was gross. I wasn't sure this product would work, since other things like water additives and gels didn't. My dog didn't like them either. I mixed this in his food and he ate it. In 5 days, his oral health got way better. His teeth will be shiny again soon!

I just wish that I had started him sooner.

PetLab's ProBright, Joint Care Chews, Probiotic Chews, and Multivitamin helped my dog live a longer and healthier life. I noticed a big improvement in his dental health and his movement about 5 or 6 weeks after starting him on everything. I just wish that I had started him sooner.

My dog had lots of ear problems when he was young. The vet gave us some stuff, but it only worked for a little bit. They said he needed special food. I bought some ear stuff and probiotics from this place, and now he's been fine for over a year. Thanks, your stuff works well.

I bought the pet lab go dental powder

I bought the pet lab go dental powder for my dogs and it actually works! Both of my dogs had some tartar buildup and their breath was starting to smell bad. And my big lab doesn't enjoy having his teeth brushed, so I bought this instead and it works really well!

My container was missing the spoon. Email contact was not helpfull. I called the company and the CSR almost immediatly said he would express ship a whole new container to me at no charge. Best customer service ever!!!

Your products are good

Your products are good, but honestly, your shipping package is bad. Got a shipment yesterday, package was torn. Bag too small for 6 probiotics and 6 probrights. Happened last month too, 2 pro bright missing. You replaced them but seems like using a larger bag would fix this. Please don't take offense, just saying.

Just wanted to share my experience with this company. So, I placed an order and unfortunately, it got lost in transit for a while. I was super bummed but I gave them a call to inquire about it. They were really helpful and sent me a new product right away. I gotta say, I was impressed with how quickly they resolved my problem. All's well that ends well, right? Overall, pretty satisfied with their customer service!

Inadequate product quality and customer service is terrible. I tried to contact them regarding a return for a product I received just a few days ago. They won't reply or provide instructions on how to return it. I won't be dealing with them again.

I was desperate to find

I was desperate to find a solution for my two Pittie mixes who had a gross habit of snacking on their own poop. Tried everything, from vet advice to friends’ tips, but nothing worked. Then I stumbled upon this product. Initially, I bought it hoping it would at least mask the smell and save their teeth. We used to just kiss them on the head to avoid getting licked. Amazingly, this product completely stopped their poop-eating! One of my dogs has EPI and needs food enzymes, so I used a bit less than recommended just to be safe. This stuff is a game-changer, I’m never running out of it!

I wasn't sure about these at first, thinking it might just be a cash grab. But after giving them to our 20-month-old Staffy for a few months, I've seen real changes. She used to chew and nibble her feet all the time, and eat grass on every walk. Plus, her paws had this strong cheesy smell. Now, the chewing and grass-eating have stopped, and her paws smell less like Doritos. Honestly, I kind of miss that cheesy scent, but I can't deny the improvement. For us, it's been worth the monthly cost.

I got these probiotic chews for my big dog, thinking they'd help his digestion. But after just a couple days, he started acting really sluggish. By the fourth day, he was super sick. I stopped giving him the chews and he started to get better pretty quickly. Those couple of days were rough, though. Also, somehow they sent and charged me for another order the next month, even though I never signed up for auto-ship or anything like that. Watch out if you decide to try these, both for your dog's health and any surprise charges.
