I was sent the wrong item by mistake
I was sent the wrong item by mistake, so I reached out to customer service. They quickly emailed me a free returns link to send back the item, and I got my replacement the very next day. The entire customer service process was great from beginning to end. I will certainly use this company again and strongly recommend it.

This Swatch watch was sold out all over Australia, and I could only get it from this website. I took a risk because I really liked it. Delivery to Australia was super quick, the product was real, and the price was about the same as I would pay locally!
