The quality is good overall. The clothing fits as expected. Shipping is quite reasonable. Customer service is really responsive.

Just like some other brands that look like

Just like some other brands that look like they are from the US or Europe but are really from China, this one also gives a mixed feeling. Their App and Instagram make it look all fancy and easy to shop, but that’s not how it really is. The shipping took longer than I thought, and the sizes didn’t fit right. The return rules were confusing. They said I could only get half my money back unless I picked store credit, so I didn’t really have a real option. I couldn’t send the sunglasses back either, and that part wasn’t shown clearly when I bought them. Now I’m left with a bikini that’s too tight and I can’t use. Also, I saw the same belt on Amazon for way cheeper. It kinda reminds me of buying from SHEIN but with a different name. They should tell more truths about sizes, returns and delivery. Buyers should know what to expect.

The clothing was terrible, and they tried to make me keep it for a partial refund. I wanted to return it, but had to pay for shipping, even though the delivery was a month late. I ended up filing a complaint, but I still haven't got my refund. SCAM COMPANY. The customer service was horrible when I didn’t get my refund. I emailed them and they said since I started a complaint, they would take their time. The clothes felt like cheap costume material.

This company is a joke! You'll never get your package and the tracking number gives false info. Avoid buying from them!

This company is not honest with its customers.

This company is not honest with its customers. They claim to offer returns within 30 days, but this is NOT true for countries outside the US. I placed a large order, and now I cannot return the items that didn't fit, which means I am losing an extra $500 on items that are too big for me. It’s a mess because when I contacted customer service for help, they suggested giving me store credit instead of helping with the return. I found this strange since I’ve never been offered that with other brands. In the end, I discovered that they don’t actually accept returns, even though they advertise that they do.

Never got my order.

It was sent to the wrong address. When I contacted customer service, they told me I had to reach out to their shipping company to file a claim, which is really their job. The shipping company never got back to me. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company unless you want to waste money and get nothing.
