We included Textedly in our marketing

We included Textedly in our marketing text tools to make communication smoother for over 200 internal clients. We added features like Personalization, Automatic Replies, and integrated Google Calendars. The templates are easy to use, although we'd appreciate more information on text limit overflows during campaign design. Despite that, they're moving in the right direction. Our average response time went down from 13 hours (email) to 4 minutes (SMS). The product team has requested adding the Monday CRM Platform, which seems like a reasonable next step.

significant issues with this service. I've been unable to log in to my account, my emails are frequently ignored, and the provided phone number appears to be non-functional. This situation has me highly suspicious, and it strongly suggests that this might be a scam. My advice is to steer clear of this service. The only aspect that seems to work flawlessly is their automatic billing, which is quite concerning given the other issues.
