I've used the Elite Concierge service a few times. I usually get Khrystine. She always makes things simple and assists with my needs. I prefer staying at the W Fort Lauderdale hotel, but this year, they restricted the room types when booking. I asked Khrystine if she could secure a Founders Rate for a room type that wasn't listed. She managed to get me a good rate and reserve the room!
