However, the downside is the considerable wait time of 8 to 10 weeks for the part to arrive. Patience is definitely key in this situation.

The company remembers what I bought before. When I needed new keys, I just told them which locks I got and when. It's like how things were at the local hardware store in 1949; back when things actually worked out sometimes. It's not like Amazon or Walmart, but it gets the job done.

Despite the promised date approaching, I have yet to receive any confirmation that the door handle has been shipped.
