I want to express my gratitude to the team at SWPS for their help with my order. Their website says they don't ship to an address that isn't the same as the billing address, but I explained that I needed my order sent to my military address because I’m getting ready to deploy. They didn’t delay my order and I got my Pelican case in time to prepare for my deployment. Thanks SWPS for supporting the troops!

Nice spot! Came in just before lunch for a warranty problem with my streamlight stinger. The staff replaced my switch quickly and had me good to go. They also carry a wide selection of flashlights for all kinds of needs. I strongly recommend this place and will surely come back.

The streamlight is just as I hoped for. Good quality and fair pricing. I've purchased several of these different lights for my family. We stay in a region with frequent storms and tornadoes. I know the light will work when I need it. SWPS shipped it almost the very next day.

The ordering process was simple and efficient. However, I felt a bit let down as I had emailed a question that went unanswered, leaving a slight disappointment in the overall experience.

I bought a used police car with an empty command center. I contacted the sales manager online for a quote to fill it with basic plate covers. They said they didn't have the brand I wanted. I asked about another brand they definitely have, but got the same answer. They couldn't give me any options or prices. The guy's title was Sales Manager, but he didn't seem interested in selling anything. I had $2K to spend on plates, gear, lights, and a vault for my truck. I would have considered a different brand if he showed a little interest in my request. Not going back to them.

The car dealer sells "fully reconditoned Ford Police Interceptors." I paid $14K for one. In a month, it drove strangely. My mechanic found many problems - oil needed change, radiator fluid looked old, belts and tires needed replacement, etc. I had to spend $6900 to make it driveable.

Southwest Auto Service's handling

Southwest Auto Service's handling of my tow truck's light bar issue was disappointing. Despite a sympathetic start, the diagnosis was incorrect. Upon resolving it quickly elsewhere, their service rep's unprofessionalism, like wishing me ill, was shocking.
